Keynote Topic:  Cybersecurity Current Challenges to the Society

The escalating interconnectedness of our digital world presents formidable challenges to cybersecurity. This abstract outlines the present landscape of cybersecurity challenges and their broader effects on society. The surge in cyber threats, including data breaches and ransomware attacks, jeopardizes sensitive information and trust in digital systems. A dearth of skilled professionals in the field hampers effective defense, while emerging technologies introduce new vulnerabilities. Legal and ethical concerns around privacy further complicate the scenario. Societal reliance on digital platforms underscores the urgent need for international collaboration to counteract these challenges and cultivate a safer digital environment.
