All posters fulfilling the entry criteria will be entered into a competition and evaluated by judges for the competition. Based on the evaluation of the judges first, second, and third place winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the conference.
The poster should be a clear visual/ pictorial presentation of the submitted abstract.
Your poster should include:
- Title (Author’s Name & Affiliation)
- Introduction
- Theoretical Framework & Rationale
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusions
- Reference
Poster’s Format:
Please ensure following dimensions for the poster:
1. Poster size should be 36 inches (length) x 24 inches (width), portrait format.
2. It is recommended to use Times New Roman font style.
3. Be sure to clearly indicate your title, author names, and affiliated institutions at the top of your poster.
Print a high-resolution copy of your poster to present onsite. Please reach the Poster venue 45 min prior to the start of morning and afternoon sessions (sessions’ timings will be shared later in the conference program). The designated poster presenter (author or coauthor) must be present at the assigned space during the designated time to discuss the work presented.
